The Coolest Balloon by Far!
This is the only balloon in the parade that was not pulled or tethered down because he does exactly like the Energizer Bunny on tv; he stops, rotates 180 degrees goes forward about 100 ft, rotates, swings back 180 degrees before returning back to its original departure spot, then rotates 360 degrees before resuming his original course along the parade route. It wow'd the crowd and made me stand up and cheer!

Glad you liked it! That was "my" balloon, we were escorts on parade day and had such a fun time. The driver was a little crazy and just loved making those spins!
