Well, it's still the same weather conditions as last night, thick deep dark clouds with a light rain falling on and off. I scheduled to start crossing the bridge during a break in the rain. Here's a pic as we begin our walk across from City Hall on the Manhattan side. On a positive note, its a great day for sightseeing without worrying about sunburns.
