The Metropolitan Transportation Authority has been dealing with service outages as a result of lots of rain and to do that they intrupt service altogher.
Oh I'm not stranded, just need to take alternate transportation to get to Manhattan. Total delay 15 min. but in a city like NY that's a lifetime!
