This BBC sponsored billboard experiment, is the 3rd in a series. Passersby are asked to text their vote on what they believe is going on with these 3 young men.
In this case, they are asking us whether we believe the young men in the background standing in the desert are either citizens or criminals. Based on that info alone how would you vote?
